Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Lead Care Managers across multiple counties.
Monitor staff performance and implement quality assurance protocols.
Ensure members receive high-quality care through in-person visits.
Collaboration with hospitals, providers, and community organizations.
Develop and manage program budgets and resources.
