Amity Foundation seeks an ECM-Program Coordinator to oversee the Enhanced Care Management project in California, working to enhance care and improve community health. You will supervise the team, comply with regulations, and partner with local organizations for comprehensive service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $68,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
• Knowledge of local, state, federal regulations and contracting process.
• Ability to prepare complex reports and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the development and implementation of the ECM-CS program.
• Manage and supervise the work of the assigned staff/team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
