Job summary

Paycom is seeking an ECM/CICM Supervisor to oversee Enhanced Care Management and Community Integrated Care Management staff remotely from Sherman Oaks, CA. The role ensures compliant, high-quality care coordination and documentation across teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 3+ years in care management and at least 1–2 years in leadership; experience with Medi-Cal and CalAIM is preferred. Travel to field sites is possible depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, healthcare administration, human services or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in case management, care management, social services, population health, or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Medi-Cal populations and complex care management programs; experience with ECM, CalAIM, CICM or managed care programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Care Managers, Case Managers, Community Health Workers and other staff.
• Conduct regular supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and quality metrics; conduct evaluations.
