Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an ECM/CICM Supervisor to oversee day-to-day ECM/CICM staff and operations in a field/remote setting. You will lead, coach, and evaluate care managers and related staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and compliance with Medi-Cal and DHCS requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and collaboration with medical, behavioral health, and community partners to optimize care delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Public Health.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in case management, care management, social services, population health, or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Medi-Cal populations and complex care management programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Care Managers, Case Managers, Community Health Workers, and other staff.
• Conduct regular one-on-one supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor staff productivity, performance goals, and quality metrics.
• Oversee daily ECM/CICM operations and workflow management.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Promote person-centered care planning and whole-person care principles.
• Facilitate collaboration with medical, behavioral health, social services, and long-term care providers.
• Monitor compliance with ECM and CICM program requirements, health plan expectations, and regulations.
• Assist with audits and quality improvement initiatives.
