Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, ECAD Library Leader (Remote) to direct the strategy and governance of centralized ECAD libraries that support electronic design across the organization.

You will partner with engineering and product teams to standardize components, improve library quality, and enable efficient, compliant workflows while driving automation and training.

This remote role offers the chance to influence PCB design support and ensure operational consistency across business units.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ECAD library management or electronic design.
• Proficiency in ECAD tools such as Mentor Graphics, Cadence, or Altium.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and PCB design principles.
• Experience with library management software and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage centralized ECAD libraries.
• Oversee the creation and validation of electronic component symbols and models.
• Drive standardization of library components across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align library support with product development.
