Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, ECAD Library Leader (Remote) to direct the strategy and governance of centralized ECAD libraries that support electronic design across the organization.

You will partner with engineering and product teams to standardize components, improve library quality, and enable efficient, compliant workflows while driving automation and training.

This remote role offers the chance to influence PCB design support and ensure operational consistency across business units.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ECAD library management or electronic design.
• Proficiency in ECAD tools such as Mentor Graphics, Cadence, or Altium.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and PCB design principles.
• Experience with library management software and PLM systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, ECAD Library Leader (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead the strategy and governance for centralized ECAD libraries that support electronic design across the organization. You will partner closely with engineering and product development teams to standardize components, improve library quality, and enable efficient, compliant design workflows. The position also plays a key role in driving automation, training, and process improvements that strengthen PCB design support and operational consistency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
