Job summary

Center For Discovery is seeking a Clinical Outreach Representative-Eating Disorders to expand the continuum of care within the assigned territory. You will build trusted relationships with referral sources, educate healthcare professionals on evidence-based treatment, and support patient placement and continuity of care across admissions, operations, and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Clinical degree preferred.
• Experience in eating disorders, behavioral health, or healthcare provider relations.
• Understanding of eating disorder diagnosis and treatment.
• Existing relationships with behavioral health referral sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional outreach plan to grow referral relationships and awareness.
• Deliver educational presentations to professionals and organizations.
• Maintain activity levels (80 1:1s/month, 3 events/month or 58 in-person meetings).
• Contribute a minimum of 6–8 admissions per month.
• Maintain Salesforce database and complete end-of-month reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate communications between outreach, admissions, and clinical staff.
