Monte Nido is seeking a Regional Outreach Manager to lead outreach efforts in the Houston, TX region with a remote-capable schedule. The role focuses on expanding referral networks and coordinating with admissions and outpatient professionals to support patients with eating disorders.

You will develop and implement regional outreach plans, nurture relationships with referral sources, and ensure excellent customer service while traveling locally as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• At least three years of experience in marketing or business development for a healthcare organization.
• Ability to create and manage referral bases within a region.
• Skilled at event planning and strong public speaking.
• Relationship development and cultivation is necessary.
• Moderate local and regional travel is required; driver's license with safe driving history.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives; understanding of managed care.
• Proficient use of Salesforce and Windows platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Chemical Dependency, and Eating Disorder treatment settings is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement tactical outreach plans in the region to drive business development in the eating disorder setting.
• Develop strong relationships with established and new referral sources.
• Collaborate with admissions staff, families, and outpatient professionals through regular communication and follow-up; liaise during admission and stay.
• Establish aftercare resources and cross-referral relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service.
