Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Early Years Coordinator to oversee online early childhood education programs. You will develop curriculum frameworks, train remote educators, and ensure quality and consistency of online learning experiences for young children.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Experience with online teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine online curriculum and learning materials for early years education.
• Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to a team of remote early childhood educators.
• Monitor the delivery of online educational content and ensure high standards of engagement and learning outcomes.
• Manage digital platforms and tools used for remote instruction and parent communication.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of online classes and educator performance.
