Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Experience with online teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication and collaboration tools.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Remote Early Years Coordinator to manage and oversee their online early childhood education programs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa . You will be responsible for developing curriculum frameworks, training and supporting remote educators, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our online learning experiences for young children. This role is critical in scaling our innovative digital educational offerings to reach families nationwide, particularly those in areas with limited access to traditional childcare services.
