Job summary

The candidate will lead virtual prep meetings, perform on-site assessments, and prepare detailed compliance reports while ensuring data integrity and adherence to PII handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development, early childhood education, or a closely related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in early childhood education programs or initiatives.
• Deep understanding of state/federal ECE frameworks (e.g., Birth to Five Program Standards, ECBG, IELG, QRIS).
• Exceptional academic-level writing and proofreading skills.
• Growth mindset with ability to handle feedback and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate grantee compliance, programmatic quality, and alignment with regulations through site visits and documentation reviews.
• Lead virtual prep meetings to guide grantees through monitoring processes and document requirements.
• Conduct on-site observational assessments and review program data against state frameworks and codes.
• Prepare and finalize accurate, well-written reports summarizing findings.
• Collaborate with team members during report reviews and participate in professional development.
