Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Virtual Educational Assistant to support their online early years program. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to foundational education of young children.

You will assist lead educators in facilitating online classes, providing one-on-one student support, and managing digital learning resources, with a collaborative, technology-forward approach.

Qualifications

• Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is required or preferred.
• Experience with online learning platforms and educational software.
• Strong IT literacy and troubleshooting skills for virtual environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote engagement with young learners.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and academic support to students during live virtual sessions.
• Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing digital learning materials and activities.
• Monitor student engagement and provide feedback to educators on individual progress.
• Help manage online classroom dynamics and ensure a positive virtual learning experience.
• Communicate with parents regarding student participation and online learning activities as directed.
