Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Intervention Coordinator to support families with children aged 0-3. This role focuses on coordinating services, conducting assessments, and developing IFSPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position is fully remote, nationwide, with a strong emphasis on family-centered care and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (Master's preferred) and at least 5 years in early intervention or case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master's degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early intervention services, case management, or related field with young children and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early intervention services for families with young children with developmental needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop IFSPs with families and providers.
• Serve as primary contact for families, offering guidance and advocacy.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and medical professionals for integrated services.
• Monitor progress and adjust IFSPs as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records including assessments and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide families with information and resources to support development.
• Facilitate virtual meetings between families and providers.
• Stay updated on best practices in early intervention and child development.
