Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the specified fields.
• Minimum 5 years of infant care or early childhood education experience.
• Experience developing and delivering online educational content.
• Strong knowledge of infant development.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with video conferencing and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Empathetic and patient with families.
• Program coordination experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate virtual programs for infants (0-24 months).
• Create and curate online resources and materials for parents focusing on infant care and development.
• Provide virtual coaching and support to parents and caregivers.
• Coordinate and manage remote team members or volunteers involved in the program.
