Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to deliver services to families with children birth to 3 years in home, center, and community settings. The role emphasizes parent coaching, trans-disciplinary teamwork, and IFSP coordination across the catchment area.

Required a bachelor’s degree in infants/toddlers or related field and 300 practicum hours. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Adobe; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies is required.
• 300 hours of practicum or work with children under five years old.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, groups, and home and center visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate IFSP development, monitoring and review for assigned caseload.
