Job summary

DDRC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Service Coordinator to provide resource coordination for children birth-3 and their families. The role involves coordinating Early Intervention services from eligibility through transition and serving as the family’s main point of contact.

You will lead IFSP meetings, explain the EI process, and ensure services are delivered on time with a family-centered approach. The position supports a remote/mostly remote schedule with some travel to Jefferson County,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant case management experience if no degree.
• Demonstrated verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EI services from eligibility through transition.
• Be the family’s main point of contact and explain EI process.
• Lead IFSP meetings and ensure on-time service delivery.
