CVS Health is hiring an EAP Clinical Counselor to deliver telehealth mental health support nationwide. The role operates fully remote in the USA, joining a dedicated team providing 24/7 crisis and counseling services via video, chat or phone.

You will assess needs, coordinate care, and guide members to appropriate resources to support well-being. We seek licensed professionals with a master’s degree in behavioral health counseling, strong crisis intervention skills, and experience in call-center

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling and informational services in a call center setting using advanced clinical assessments and motivational interviewing.
• Provide risk, substance abuse and mental health assessments to develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency.
• Understand levels of care for appropriate recommendations and linkage to resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation meeting risk management and regulatory requirements.
