CVS Health's Aetna Mental Wellbeing unit seeks a remote EAP Clinical Counselor to deliver 24/7 tele-counseling and triage for members via video, phone, or chat. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and connect members with appropriate mental health and substance use resources.

This full-time role requires a current independent behavioral health license in the state of residence, crisis intervention experience, and strong call-center communication. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Requires crisis intervention experience.
• Must hold a valid unrestricted independent behavioral health license per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage needed; holiday coverage expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and information in a call center setting.
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency.
• Identify appropriate levels of care and refer to resources as needed.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure continuity of care for members.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting risk management and regulatory requirements.
