Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed EAP Clinical Counselor to deliver 24/7 mental health support to members nationwide via video, chat, or phone. The role supports timely access to care within a unified EAP framework and requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health counseling and active licensure in the relevant state(s).

The position is fully remote in the USA, with a 24/7 call center schedule. A dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet are required, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice as per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage (holiday coverage expected).
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Provision of telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling and information services in a call center.
• Provide risk, substance abuse and mental health assessments and safety plans.
• Identify appropriate levels of care and link to resources.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care.
