Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology (licensure beneficial).
• Minimum 2 years direct client-contact providing counseling or mental health services.
• Experience using clinical assessment tools and short-term modalities like Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness.

Responsibilities

• Provide single-session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support and crisis management with client confidentiality.
• Assess clients to determine suitability for short-term counselling.
• Assess and manage high-risk calls, referring clients within or outside WPO as needed.
• Collaboratively develop clear treatment plans and document in the case management system.
• Address additional tasks as deemed by management.
