Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop, and implement online learning experiences. You will collaborate with SMEs and technology teams to create engaging, accessible modules from anywhere with internet access.

Qualifications include a degree in Education Technology or related field, and experience with Moodle/Canvas/Blackboard and Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate. A portfolio is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, CS or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital learning development or e-learning production.
• Strong proficiency with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience creating multimedia content (video, audio, interactive).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Excellent project management and remote collaboration skills.
• Portfolio of digital learning projects encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning modules and courses.
• Utilize LMS and authoring tools to craft rich learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content for online formats.
• Ensure accessibility and user-friendliness (WCAG compliant).
• Provide technical support to instructors and learners on platforms.
• Evaluate initiatives via data analysis and feedback.
• Stay abreast of trends in digital learning and online education.
• Create training materials and workshops for faculty.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for development projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning of the client's learning ecosystem.
