The candidate will edit multimedia content, coordinate with vendors, and maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years in digital content and learning resources.
• Experience managing multi-vendor projects.
• Proven ability to develop asynchronous learning modules.
• Knowledge of 508 & WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
• Strong PM, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain digital content for online learning.
• Edit multimedia content like videos, graphics, and modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert content into asynchronous learning.
• Ensure branding, messaging, instruction quality, and UX consistency.
• Design self-paced modules using ID and adult learning best practices.
• Support online courses, learning pathways, microlearning, and resources.
• Incorporate engagement strategies, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Use LMS and authoring tools to build learning experiences.
• Coordinate timelines, reviews, approvals, and dependencies.
• Monitor vendor deliverables for quality and accessibility.
• Facilitate meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, resources; escalate.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules.
