Job summary

Project Harmony in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an experienced E-learning Coordinator to ensure curriculum from the Project Harmony Training Institute is effectively delivered online via an LMS. You will work with Training Specialists and stakeholders to adapt content for web-based delivery.

The role emphasizes building engaging e-learning modules with Articulate 360, managing LMS content, reports, and calendars, while upholding our commitment to diversity and confidential service for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS or instructional design.
• 2+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• 1+ years of managing an LMS.
• Ability to design interactive, engaging e-learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Design asynchronous online content for LMS using Articulate 360.
• Implement gamification and engagement strategies with the LMS.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet e-learning requirements.
• Upload and configure training content, modules, and assessments.
• Assign courses and manage user enrollments, permissions, and groups.
• Support LMS troubleshooting and best practices for internal stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute reports on learning metrics and user activity.
• Test new LMS features and updates.
• Lead development of training videos for microlearning, live training, and e-learning.
• Configure, optimize, and manage training calendar published via WordPress.
• Work with Operations Teams to support trainings tech.
• Assist in creating operating procedures for e-learning tools.
• Ensure culturally competent services for all families we serve.
• Other duties as assigned.
