Job summary

Vanco is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to lead web-based course development and support our headless LMS infrastructure. You will collaborate with Instructional Designers to turn complex concepts into engaging digital experiences and maintain front-end code for the online learning platform.

You will create course graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia, ensure accessibility and quality, manage assets in organized file structures, and provide accurate task

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development.
• Experience navigating, building, or customizing enterprise LMS environments.
• Portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and video/audio editing via Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• LMS & Backend Support: Assist in editing or building custom LMS pages and managing files on AWS servers.
• Visual Asset & Media Creation: Produce custom course graphics and multimedia with Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia, adhering to brand standards.
• Instructional UI/UX & Interactivity Strategy: Partner with Instructional Designers to elevate scripts into interactive experiences grounded in adult learning theory and gamification.
• Quality Assurance & Standards: Conduct self-QA to ensure clean code, accessibility, and responsive layouts before team review.
• Digital Organization & Process: Maintain meticulous file organization and standardized naming conventions.
• Project Execution: Provide accurate task estimations, communicate status, and meet deadlines.
