Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Data Center Construction domain.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team collaboration.
• Ability to respond to queries within 1–2 business days.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on industry dynamics and best practices.
• Support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos.
• Advise on construction and installation.
• Develop and assist in the creation of procedure guides.
• Write and record voice‑over scripts and screencasts for videos.
• Generate valid and reliable test questions/knowledge checks.
• Review courses for accuracy.
