Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist located in Indiana to review and file legal documents using internal systems. You will collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to resolve issues and meet shared goals. This remote position requires strong data-entry skills and English fluency.

The role offers full-time hours, standard training, and opportunities to contribute to ongoing process improvements within a national leader in service of process.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
