ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using our internal platforms. The role collaborates with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to resolve issues and meet shared goals.

The position is remote but must reside in North Dakota, offering full-time weekday hours and comprehensive benefits. Prior data entry or tech experience is a plus, with English reading/writing fluency required and high school diploma or GED essential.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
