Job summary

ABC Legal Services, a national leader in service of process, seeks an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using internal platforms. This remote position requires residing in Michigan and collaborates with the e-Fulfillment team to resolve issues and meet goals. No experience is required, though data entry and tech familiarity are a plus.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
