Job summary

ABC Legal Services, a national leader in service of process, is seeking an e-File Specialist. This remote role must be located in Kentucky, collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to file documents and resolve issues.

You will review documents, participate in training, and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy while maintaining strong English communication and using Microsoft Office tools. Full-time, 8am–5pm PST.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
