Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using internal systems. This remote role is open to candidates located in Kansas and involves collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams.

No prior experience is required, though data entry experience is a plus. Strong English reading/writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred as the position involves training and handling multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Typing speed 50-60 wpm.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
