ABC Legal Services in the United States is hiring an e-File Specialist who will review and file legal documents using internal systems and email. This remote role requires relocation to Mississippi and collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet shared goals.

The position is full-time with standard hours (8am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday). Candidates should have strong data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent attention to detail to ensure

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
