Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully remote role with immediate start (1–4 days).
• 3+ years of high-volume e-commerce support experience.
• Proven experience handling subscription-related tickets (cancellations, saves, refunds, failed payments).
• Strong speed and accuracy to manage 100+ tickets daily.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 100+ tickets per day with a friendly, brand-consistent tone.
• Handle subscription tickets (billing, cancellations, saves, chargebacks) per policy.
• Maintain quick response times and high CSAT while working autonomously.
