Job summary

KittySpout is a premium DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains, filters, and accessories. We operate across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy, and we’re actively seeking experienced Customer Support Agents for hourly contract work starting in the next 1–4 days.

You will manage high-volume customer interactions across Email, turning frustrated customers into brand advocates with fast, empathetic solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of high-volume e-commerce support experience.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with Richpanel and/or Commslayer and Shopify.
• Experience with subscription-related tickets (cancellations, saves, refunds).
• Able to handle heavy volume while maintaining brand voice.
• Willing to start within 1–4 days and commit 30–40+ hours per week remotely.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 100+ tickets per day with a friendly tone.
• Handle subscription-related tickets per policy.
• Operate across Email support channels with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain CSAT and contribute to SLA targets.
• Work autonomously with macros/templates to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations to report recurring issues.
