Kitsch LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote Customer Support Team. You will handle tickets via email, chat, and phone, using Shopify-connected apps to assist customers with orders and provide personalized product information.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, excellent problem-solving and empathy, and familiarity with Shopify tools or ecommerce platforms. Background in beauty or retail is a plus, and remote work from the Philippines is supported.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Background in beauty or retail is a plus.

• Respond to customer service tickets via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues like shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right department and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives to solve customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and policies.
• Recommend products based on each customer's needs.
• Mention experience with social media community management and order management tools if applicable.
