Job summary

Crunchi, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, ECommerce to lead the company's online strategy across Crunchi.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future retail partners. You will own the customer journey, optimize conversion, and drive revenue, engagement, and lifetime value.

This remote role reports to the Head of Marketing & Sales with collaboration across teams and agencies. You will shape long-term ecommerce strategy, merchandising, digital shelf excellence, and commercial performance while leveraging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field.
Seven or more years of ecommerce leadership experience.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and ecommerce marketplaces.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy across Crunchi.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future retail ecommerce partners.
Own onsite merchandising, navigation, search, collections, product detail pages, product recommendations, educational content, and conversion optimization.
Manage marketplace performance and support future retail ecommerce partnerships; ensure brand standards and digital shelf excellence.
Lead ecommerce launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, pricing, inventory readiness, and merchandising across all online channels.
Monitor ecommerce KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and lead testing initiatives to improve revenue and customer experience.
Embrace AI, automation, and emerging ecommerce technologies to improve customer experience, efficiency, and performance.
