Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital brand management.
• Proven scaling of revenue on Amazon and other retail channels.
• Ability to manage agency partners and hold them accountable.
• Experience making websites AI-ready with SEO/AEO frameworks.
• Proficient in building reporting dashboards and tracking ROAS, TACOS, conversions.
• Experience managing direct reports and budgets with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead omni-channel growth strategy across major platforms like Amazon and Walmart Connect.
• Oversee external agencies and set performance metrics.
• Direct agencies on content optimization for SEO/AEO.
• Develop analytics dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership.
• Manage budgets across growth channels for maximum impact.
• Mentor E-Commerce Manager and plan team expansion.
