Criquet Shirts is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to lead a smarter, higher-converting ecommerce strategy for criquetshirts.com. You’ll drive digital merchandising, optimization, analytics and growth across marketing, CX, product and wholesale partnerships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a data-driven mindset and a track record of turning insights into revenue. You will collaborate with external partners to expand channels and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in ecommerce with 2+ years in leadership
• Deep Shopify experience
• Strong ecommerce analytics and merchandising instincts
• Experience building CRO and A/B testing programs
• Strong SEO/organic growth knowledge with AI discovery interest

Responsibilities

• Drive ecommerce performance and revenue growth
• Lead digital merchandising across storefronts and collections
• Oversee CRO and testing roadmap for pages and checkout
• Grow organic discovery through SEO and AI-enabled channels
• Turn data into actionable business decisions
• Shape the ecommerce roadmap with development partners
• Manage tech stack and partners (Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics)
• Explore new growth opportunities and marketplaces
• Collaborate with Marketing, CX, Product, Wholesale and partners
