Job summary

Fujifilm's Manager, E-Commerce Platforms oversees day‑to‑day platform administration across our DTC stack and supports vendor operations. You will work with commercetools, Klaviyo, and related SaaS tools while advancing our composable architecture and vendor strategy.

You will partner with Product Owners, Analysts, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and system integrator partners to optimize data flows and tool integrations for a best‑in‑class consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, business or related field.
• 3–4 years in e‑commerce tech, platform administration, or marketing tech.
• Hands‑on administration of at least one e‑commerce platform or marketing automation platform.
• Experience with SaaS vendors, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Participation in software evaluations or vendor selection.
• Knowledge of APIs and data flows between commerce, marketing, and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, access, roles, environments, and integrations across SaaS tools.
• Manage licenses, seat counts, and platform spend.
• Coordinate vendor-driven changes like upgrades and rollouts.
• Maintain documentation and audit records.
