Job summary

Fujifilm North America seeks a hands-on Manager, E-Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations across our DTC storefronts. You’ll manage SaaS tools, vendor relationships, and evaluations of CMS, search, and marketing tools.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Marketing, IT, and Legal, helping scale the composable stack and drive growth with new capabilities like personalization, loyalty, and on-site search improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS/Business.
• 3-4 years in e‑commerce tech, platform administration, or marketing tech.
• Hands-on administration of at least one e‑commerce platform or marketing automation platform.
• Day-to-day experience with SaaS vendors on support and renewals.
• Took part in at least one software evaluation or vendor selection.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows across systems.
• Strong organization and documentation habits.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, access, roles, environments, and integrations across SaaS tools.
• Manage licenses, usage costs, and platform spend against budget.
• Coordinate vendor-driven changes like upgrades and new feature rollouts.
• Maintain runbooks, procedures, and access records in audit-ready state.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for SaaS vendors and manage renewals and SLAs.
• Prepare renewal materials for Procurement and Legal; coordinate with SI partners.
• Support evaluations of new composable components and vendor shortlists.
• Maintain current map of stack, data flows, owners, and renewal dates.
• Act as admin for DTC tools like Klaviyo and other marketing platforms.
