Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Manager of E-Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations across direct‑to‑consumer storefronts. You will manage SaaS tools, oversee vendor relationships, and help evaluate new components like CMS, search, and marketing tools.

The role grows into composable commerce architecture and vendor strategy. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Analytics, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and our SI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce technology, platform administration, digital product, or marketing technology.
• Hands‑on administration of at least one e‑commerce platform (e.g., commercetools, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or marketing automation platform (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Day‑to‑day experience working with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows between commerce, marketing, and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration across SaaS tools, including access, environments, and integrations.
• Vendor management: vendor contacts, renewals, and SLAs; coordinate with Legal and Procurement.
• Evaluate and map new composable components; build vendor shortlists and schedule demos.
• Admin for Klaviyo and marketing tools; ensure data feeds and consent settings.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Security, and SI partners on platform configurations.
