Job summary

Fujifilm North America is seeking a Manager, E‑Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations for our DTC storefronts. You will manage SaaS tools, oversee vendor relationships, and help evaluate new components like CMS, search, and marketing tools.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, BI, Marketing, IT, and Legal to drive growth while growing into a composable commerce architecture and vendor strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce technology, platform administration, digital product, or marketing technology.
• Hands‑on administration of at least one e‑commerce or marketing automation platform.
• Experience working with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Participation in at least one software evaluation or vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration: manage settings, access, environments, API credentials, and integrations.
• Vendor management: act as day‑to‑day SaaS contact, track renewals, and coordinate with procurement.
• Sourcing and evaluation: supportvendor shortlists, demos, and trade‑offs assessments.
• Direct‑to‑consumer tools: administer Klaviyo and marketing data feeds, track events, manage consent.
• Cross‑functional partnership: align requirements with Product Owners, IT, and Security.
