Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Platforms to own day‑to‑day platform administration and vendor operations across our DTC storefronts. You will manage SaaS tools, vendor relationships, and support evaluations of CMS, search, and marketing tools.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of platform or marketing tech experience aiming to grow into composable commerce architecture and vendor strategy, collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts, Analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce technology, platform administration, digital product, or marketing technology.
• Hands‑on administration of at least one e‑commerce platform or marketing automation platform.
• Day‑to‑day experience working with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Took part in at least one software evaluation or vendor selection.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data flows between commerce, marketing, and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration of commercetools, Klaviyo, and related SaaS tools, including settings, access, environments, and credentials.
• Manage licenses, seat counts, and platform spend against budget.
• Coordinate vendor‑driven changes such as upgrades and new features.
• Maintain runbooks and audit records for administration processes.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for SaaS vendors and coordinate renewals and ROIs.
• Assist with evaluations and shortlists for new composable components and tooling.
• Support cross‑functional teams by providing input on requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Procurement on vendor risk and compliance.
