Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations for DTC storefronts. You will manage SaaS tools, track licenses and renewals, and partner with IT, Legal, and Marketing to evaluate new components in a composable stack.

You should have 3–4 years in e-commerce tech, hands-on admin of major platforms, and strong documentation skills. This role offers remote work within the US and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business, or related field.
• 3–4 years in e-commerce tech, platform admin, or marketing tech.
• Hands-on admin of at least one e‑commerce or marketing automation platform.
• Day-to-day experience with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Experience participating in software evaluations or vendor selections.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, user access, roles, environments, and integrations.
• Manage licenses, seat counts, usage costs, and platform spend against budget.
• Coordinate vendor changes: upgrades, deprecations, and new feature rollouts.
• Maintain runbooks, access records, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Marketing, Analytics on data flows and configurations.
