Job summary

SuperOrdinary, a leading ecommerce growth partner, seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop and Amazon. You’ll monitor storefronts, listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions, escalating issues as needed to keep accounts healthy and customer-ready.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in ecommerce, strong attention to detail, and experience with TikTok Shop, Seller Central, and customer service workflows.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or a related field.
TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience strongly preferred.
Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience is a plus.
Experience with ecommerce customer service, order management, returns, refunds, or reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across TikTok Shop and Shopify.
Monitor storefronts, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account settings for accuracy.
Assist with ecommerce account audits and identify issues that require attention.
Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and operational records.
Escalate issues and risks to the Ecommerce Manager and Brand team.
