Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee daily order fulfillment, optimize website performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery. This remote-first role requires strong communication, analytics, and independent work habits in a fast-paced online retailer environment.

You will coordinate with 3PLs, manage product data, and implement efficient processes to scale operations while maintaining high service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or related role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and related tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor website performance and identify operational bottlenecks and solutions.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for efficient shipping and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries on orders, shipping, and returns with timely resolutions.
• Maintain product information, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
