Job summary

Afina is seeking an experienced ecommerce operations leader to build, fix, and scale the operational backbone across our website, Amazon, and 3PL networks. You will own the supply chain from factory to customer and drive improvements that reduce costs and increase velocity.

You will forecast demand, negotiate with international suppliers, manage freight, and develop scalable SOPs to support rapid growth while maintaining high service levels across all channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce operations.
• Managed 3PLs and fulfillment workflows.
• Negotiated freight and supplier pricing.
• Built or improved operational systems that scaled.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain from factory to customer.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory to avoid stockouts or overruns.
• Negotiate aggressively with international suppliers on pricing and terms.
• Manage freight (air/sea) and select cost-efficient options.
• Keep inventory synced between Amazon and our website.
• Build SOPs and dashboards to scale operations.
