somewhere, a rapidly growing U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator, seeks a Senior Manager of Operations & Supply Chain to own the end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics across a portfolio of brands. This is a fully remote, full-time leadership role reporting to the CEO.
You will build repeatable systems, manage supplier and 3PL relationships, and drive margin protection while scaling operations for international expansion.
We are a rapidly growing, U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator that acquires and operates a portfolio of high-potential consumer brands. We take small, promising private-label businesses and scale them into durable, profitable brands across Amazon and other direct-to-consumer marketplaces — both domestically and internationally.
Our brands sell real, physical products, which means real supply chain complexity: overseas manufacturing, international freight, inventory planning across multiple SKUs and marketplaces, and constant pressure on landed cost and margin. We are a lean, data-driven team where operators own outcomes end to end rather than sitting inside a narrow function.
As we expand our portfolio and push further into international markets, disciplined operations have become the difference between brands that scale profitably and brands that stall. This role sits at the center of that.
This is a confidential search to lead our Operations function.
We are looking for a senior operator who can take full ownership of supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics across our brand portfolio. Today, elements of this function are held across the leadership team and one existing Operations team member; we need one accountable owner who can bring structure, build repeatable systems, and free up leadership to focus on brand growth and acquisition.
This is not a coordinator or execution-only seat. You will own the numbers, manage the supplier and 3PL relationships that keep product flowing, and make the cost and inventory decisions that directly protect margin. You will also lead and develop an existing team member, with room to grow the function as the portfolio scales.
Success in the first year looks like: a supply chain that runs on predictable systems rather than firefighting, cleaner inventory and landed-cost visibility, stronger supplier and freight terms, and an Operations function that leadership can rely on without daily involvement.
You are:
This is a rare chance to own an entire Operations function, not a slice of one, inside a growing e-commerce company where your decisions visibly move the business. You will report directly to the CEO, have real authority over supply chain and margin, and have room to grow the function as the portfolio scales. If you want ownership, direct impact, and a seat close to leadership, this is that role.
