Job summary

Assist World is seeking a true remote team member to support day-to-day operations of our e-commerce marketplace ecosystem. The role focuses on product data accuracy, campaign execution, order flow, and cross-system follow-ups.

You will work with logistics and internal teams to manage data feeds, item creation, and reporting, with training provided and growth toward deeper marketplace ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace and product operations, ensuring data accuracy.
• Create and maintain product item data using Excel feeds.
• Update and troubleshoot data attributes across marketplace platforms.
• Monitor listings, feed errors, and taxonomy changes.
• Support campaign setup and monitoring for sponsored products.
• Track orders and resolve fulfillment issues with internal teams.
