Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Platform Manager to lead the strategic development and optimization of online sales channels. You will manage the entire platform lifecycle from planning to maintenance, working with marketing, IT, and product teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in e-commerce platform management, strong UX/UI knowledge, and experience with Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management or digital product management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the e-commerce platform roadmap and strategic planning.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement features and integrations.
• Conduct UX research and drive improvements to customer journey and conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize site speed and engagement.
• Liaise with marketing for alignments with campaigns and strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
