Job summary

Caraway is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own onsite experimentation and drive product improvements that boost conversion and incremental revenue across PDPs, cart, checkout, and pages. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, UX, Growth, Analytics, and more to shape the customer journey with rigorous measurement.

You’ll manage the experimentation roadmap, QA across variants, and lead data-driven decisions to ship impactful changes while balancing bugs and site improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, or CRO.
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests with proper sample-size discipline.
• Ability to inspect and edit HTML/CSS and use browser developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Own site experimentation roadmap to improve conversion using data and insights.
• Manage Digital Product intake, bugs, optimization ideas, and roadmap opportunities.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, delivery follow-up, and release readiness.
